BluSky Online's Solution Design consulting services provide IT Professionals to assist and complement existing project teams for our clients. Trusted Advisor Service
BluSky Online's Trusted Advisor service empowers businesses and CxO’s to make informed choices when considering a technology change or adoption. BluSky Online is able to provide single day to multiple weeks workshops facilitated by a Senior Consultant. Whilst it is primarily business requirement focused, Trusted Advisor workshops are commonly attended by a wide range of stakeholders including project managers, business sponsors, consultants and other IT professionals.
Adopting new technology is critical to meet the shifting and growing demands upon businesses in our fast paced technological age, however making the right choices is a complex task. Our Trusted Advisor workshops provide an introduction to the technology, a balanced view on the key challenges and impacts of the technology, as well as the technical and business opportunities which it will provide. Workshops are tailored to help each organisation understand the questions it needs to ask itself about adopting the technology, to identify its impact in their unique environment and to provide knowledge on how to get started with the technology.

Mentoring Service
BluSky Online's Mentoring Service provide range of hands-on consultancy services designed to assist with the rapid implementation and up skilling of our clients project teams, as well as in-house IT teams with the outcome being successful adoption of new technology.
BluSky Online is able to provide tailored training on the necessary tools to adopt a new technology, however getting started can often be a daunting task with many unforseen challenges and slow initial gains. Our tailored training is designed to meet and conquer these challenges through mentoring and knowledge transfer. Many of our consultants provide input to global courseware training companies for new Microsoft enterprise technology training courses. Many of our consultants are Microsoft Certified Trainers and are able to run any Microsoft Official Curriculum courses as part of the mentoring service.
